Endorsed by The Prince's Trust, Crossfade was one of only 3 businesses in a group of 12 to be granted funding.

Barnaby Oakley
FOUNDER | GRAPHIC & VIDEO DESIGNER
Discovering his passion for graphic design through music Barnaby went on to secure a business loan from The Princes Trust in 2015.
Since then he has been working permanently at Crossfade. With over 10 years of experience in the field he always strives to better his skills with each project that comes his way.
Steve Kerr
ILLUSTRATOR | GRAPHIC DESIGNER
From a young age Steve had a passion for design. He eventually went on to become a tattooist, but returned to illustration and graphic design a few years later. Nowadays Steve splits his time between his graphic work and tattooing. Steve and Barnaby pass jobs that aren't in their skillset between them and often collaborate on projects.
Victoria Henry
ILLUSTRATOR | CONCEPT ARTIST
A successful and well recognised Makeup Artist, Victoria originally found her passion in the pen and pencil. Pursuing a degree in illustration that led to her taking a position as a Tattoo Apprentice.
She stepped away from this to pursue a career in the Makeup industry but has now returned to both illustration and tattooing.
Dipayan Das
ILLUSTRATIVE LOGO SPECIALIST
Based in Kolkata, India. Dipayan started his journey into the world of graphic design in 2016, Dipayan specialises in hand drawn logos and illustrations. Mainly focusing on the heavier side of the music industry, he adds a level of detail unseen from any other death metal/deathcore logo designer.

Tyler is a sought after 'main stay' in the industry as an innovative and impressive brand designer and developer.
